Pre-Order Terms · Drop 1

These terms govern reservations and pre-orders of Panda Mood™ Drop 1 products (Alpha, Zen, Pulse), operated by Oolala Next FZ-LLC, Licence 47017963 RAK (U.A.E.), PO BOX 644762, The Sustainable City, Dubai, U.A.E. (“we”, “Panda Mood”).

Reservation

Submitting the reservation form does not constitute a purchase and requires no payment. It records your interest in specific models and quantities. Reservations are limited to 3 units per model per customer and close on 15 October 2026.

Payment

We will contact reserved customers by e-mail to confirm the order and collect payment before shipping. A reservation only becomes a binding order once payment (or any announced deposit) is completed. Prices are displayed in AED; euro amounts shown on the site are indicative.

Delivery

Drop 1 is a pre-production series. Target delivery date is 1 December 2026. If delivery of your order has not occurred within 30 days after this date, you may cancel the order and receive a full refund of any amount paid.

Limited series

Each model is limited to 50 numbered units. Serial numbers are assigned in order of confirmed payment unless otherwise communicated.

Refunds & Returns

You may return your product within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. The product must be returned complete, unused, and in its original packaging, including all accessories. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the product is defective.

Defective or damaged-on-arrival products are replaced or refunded at our expense. Contact us with photos within 14 days of delivery.

Any amount paid before shipping (deposit or full payment) is refunded in full if we cancel your order or if delivery does not occur as described in the pre-order terms above.

To start a return or report an issue, write to us at the contact address published on this site or reply to your order confirmation e-mail.

Privacy

Panda Mood is privacy-first by design. In plain terms:

• No advertising trackers, no cross-site cookies. We measure traffic with Plausible, a cookieless, EU-hosted analytics service that does not identify individual visitors.
• Form data. When you submit a reservation, we collect the information you provide (name, e-mail, model choices, location) solely to manage your reservation, order and delivery, and to send you updates about Drop 1. It is not sold or shared with third parties for marketing.
• E-mail. Our correspondence is hosted in the EU. You can ask us at any time to access, correct or delete the data we hold about you by replying to any of our e-mails.
• Payments. When payment is collected, it is processed by a dedicated payment provider; we never see or store your card details.
